My name is Will McTarsney- I am a fine artist, graphic and web designer for approximately 7 years. My greatest passion is to teach students utilizing choice-driven learning approaches and distance technologies. As an art instructor, I find it exciting and fullfilling to help students learn how to unlock their potential as real artists.
